Guest Experiences and Hospitality Lead
Our guest experience brand ambassador team are responsible for providing our visitors with a memorable experience when they visit our winery. Our guests are guided through a journey – rare access to world renowned vineyards, guided tours of our historic working winery, and private tastings of our most precious single-vineyard wines. Reporting to the Marketing & PR Manager, our full time Guest Experiences and Hospitality Lead is the main point of contact for enquiries and responsible for the coordination of all experiences and tours offered by Henschke. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- booking and coordinating all guest experiences and tours (including hosting tours with support from the brand ambassador team);
- tending to all administrative related functions, including processing orders;
- leading service in on-site functions and events;
- assisting in the development of marketing & advertising materials;
- liaise regularly with our local hospitality venues.
Candidates will have strong wine knowledge, be able to confidently engage with guests and have the ability to forge meaningful connections. You will be a passionate storyteller and appreciate Henschke’s unique heritage. The Guest Experiences and Hospitality Lead also works closely with our Cellar Door Manager and cellar door team.

Candidates must have their RSA and proven experience in the hospitality and wine industry. A qualification in WSET Level 1 or similar is highly desired with WSET Level 2 accreditation being preferred. Work will generally be Monday to Friday with the ability to be flexible with working hours, including the potential to work some evenings for Henschke functions and events, and host experiences some Saturdays.
