Feedback you provide through your account or My Cellar is used to help us understand your palate and improve future selections. We will not publish personally identifiable private palate feedback without your permission.

3. Deep Dive Packs, Collaboration Wines and deposit-based offers

If you purchase a Deep Dive pack, Collaboration wine or other deposit-based or pre-order product, we may collect information relating to:

the product or offer you selected;
deposit paid;
balance payable;
payment method;
order status;
final billing;
fulfilment;
delivery;
customer service enquiries; and
communications about the offer.

We use this information to manage the offer, process deposits and balance payments, confirm demand, allocate stock, arrange fulfilment and communicate with you about your order.

4. Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

We do not usually store full credit card details on our own systems. However, your payment details may be securely stored by our payment provider to allow order payments, recurring membership billing, deposits, pre-orders, future balance payments, refunds and other authorised transactions.
