Innocent Bystander

316-334 Maroondah Hwy, Healesville VIC 3777, Australia

"Come and visit us at our home in Healesville (we call it IBHQ) for delicious wine, local produce, artisan pizza and tasty paella, or enjoy a non-wine option such as our real cider, local beers and spirits, and great coffee. It’s an urban cellar door, restaurant and bar all wrapped in one, so swing by to relax and enjoy. We think our wines are best enjoyed with good company and great food, so we crafted our menu with sharing in mind. Created using fresh local Yarra Valley ingredients and inspired by classic dishes we love, our food matches our wines – delicious!” – Innocent Bystander

Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar

8 Hunter Road, Healesville VIC 3777, Australia

“One of the coolest places in the Yarra Valley to enjoy a glass of wine is surprisingly in the centre of Healesville’s industrial estate. Jayden Ong’s Winery and Cellar Bar – with its barrel-lined walls and hanging floral installations – manages to feel intensely artisanal and considered despite the lack of valley views. Ong’s decades in hospitality shine through in the warm, insightful service and the concise but informed range of local and international wines on offer. His Moonlit Forest and One Block labels sit comfortably alongside Sicilian rosato and Pfalz riesling. A hyper-seasonal menu of grilled snacks and produce makes use of the outside grill and wood-fire, inspired by afternoons with friends at Ong’s vineyard on Mount Toolebewong.” – Christina Kaigg

Settle in with a glass of wine and build your own picnic lunch from their Picnic Pantry to enjoy in the covered Marquee Bar or garden grounds.” – Punt Road Wines

Seville Estate

65 Linwood Road, Seville VIC 3139, Australia

“Founded in 1972 by Dr. Peter McMahon, Seville Estate is the catalyst behind the Yarra Valley's resurgence as a premium wine region. Driven by passion and a commitment to excellence, he and his wife Margaret revived the valley's 19th-century wine prestige within a decade. Today, their grandson, Dylan McMahon, carries forward this legacy as our Chief Winemaker, adhering to the belief that "elegance and finesse" are the keys to crafting extraordinary wines. Seville Estate's winemaking philosophy is built on minimal intervention, focusing on varietal and site expression. We use indigenous yeasts for fermentation, employ gentle techniques to showcase fruit character, and adapt our methods to each varietal and vintage. This commitment to tradition and innovation has garnered us acclaim and recognition, including being named 'Winery of the Year 2019' by The James Halliday Wine Companion. Join us in celebrating our heritage while embracing the future of exceptional winemaking.” – Seville Estate
