The Aylward family have been growing high quality Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris on the Mornington Peninsula for the past 18 years. After establishing and then selling the successful Kooyong winery in 2004 the Aylwards purchased another suitable site to produce the fruit for the highly acclaimed Ocean Eight labels. Just the three varieties are grown. Theses are suited to the Penninsula’s soil types and climate. Focus will always be on high quality.
