					      <![CDATA[ We require an experienced Lab Assistant to work cohesively with our Winemaking team. Key job requirements include, but are not limited to -

Intake analysis (SO2, pH/TA, Be, YAN) and general fermentation analysis
Preparation of winemaking trials, namely fining and acidity
Residual sugar and Malic acid determination
Sample collection and cellar additions
Accurate interpretation and reporting of results
Opportunity to be involved in general cellar tasks as required
We look for candidates who are proactive with strong interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills. The successful incumbent will be required to work flexible hours with some overtime and weekend work when necessary. Knowledge of lab quality systems and standards, and experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
