On Saturday July 6, 12-4pm, Cumulus Up’s City Cellar Door will feature Gippsland’s William Downie, Bass River, Onannon, Moondara, Dirty Three, Dr. Folk and Fleet.
Entry is free, with Cumulus Up. suggesting guests make a gold coin donation to Oz Harvest at the event.
For those who can’t make the journey to regional cellar doors, Cumulus Up. is bringing Australia’s wine regions to Melbourne’s CBD with monthly pop-up tasting parties. One Saturday each month will see Cumulus Up Wine Bar brimming with winemakers and wine tasters. Entry to a merry afternoon of tasting is gained through a very accessible gold coin at the door, donated to charity.
Each City Cellar Door event will showcase a curated selection of wine producers from the featured region that are rarely found gathered under the one roof. Together they will provide a full cellar door experience without leaving the city. Each winemaker on show has developed a special friendship with Cumulus Up. over the years and has been chosen by the team to show the diversity and unique qualities of their specific regions.
